Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Munori! Because every figure is printed specifically for your order, please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect.


Production Time

All Munori figures are made to order. After your payment is confirmed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods (holidays, limited releases), production may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS. The following options are available at checkout:

  • USPS Ground Advantage — Estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • USPS Priority Mail — Estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. You will see the exact cost before completing your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.


International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding international shipping in the future — follow us to stay updated.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days after shipment, please contact us at hello@munori.store and we will investigate with USPS on your behalf.

Munori is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.


Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@munori.store with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
